H2h, DD can take it. Even if DP is knocked out for a moment.
Weapons and its a tougher fight. Id still give DD a slight majority.

Daredevil was dominating him hand to hand combat. Deadpool didn't even look in DD's level.

Deadpool used a trick doll to gain the advantage and won against Daredevil.

But he won't have that doll in this scenario. But even with Daredevil having the advantage I don't know if he can put DP down. The guys regeneration is insane. Pressure points might disable him or keep him down for a while to leave him helpless but DP does have decent skills despite having the disadvantage against DD in strictly h t h fighting.

So I go with Deadpool 6/10

That wasn't Daredevil, it was Iron Fist, dressed as DD; and he is the one who started the fight with 'Pool at the end of the previous issue where he hit him a load of times.

'Pool only did aswell as he did - and all he did was avoid being captured for a few seconds - because (by Deadpool's own admission) the team was getting in each others way and hadn't worked together much. Aside from Herc. they weren't even taking the fight seriously... I mean... the Young Avengers where there and they didn't even get involved.

EDIT: Oh... and 'Pool wins 10/10
