lets see. he bullet proof and has a super human healing factor which means even if spoiderman gets through the bullet proof ppart any dmaage he will do will be instantly healed. also one hit from the hulk could KO or possably KILL spiderman

masterbruce
spiderman ain't no wolverine. he won't survive a hit from the hulk.

Dinalfos

I'd just like to point out that SM has beat Hulk. In a canon comic.

no expression

But yeah, Hulk wins every time.

Thanos_1971
Poor Spider-Man...His only chance is to once again become Cosmic Spider-Man in this. big grin

Entity
Didn't he already beat him by using his spider sence to help him dodge the hulk making him hit himself, thereby using the hulks strenght aginst him?

Damn, I really thought that was how it went down.

TheBadguy

Thanos_1971
Huh?

python99
spiderman already beat hulk set in a city or should I say spiderman and hulk beat the hulk. In a city setting spiderman uses everything around him and combined with his smarts the hulk will probably end up beating himself along with help from spiderman.
Spidey wont win 10/10 in a city setting obviously but he wont lose 10/10 either. In a open setting with no walls just flat land spidey should lose 10/10 but i'll give him 1 because hes spidey and he seems to find ways to win when there are near immpossible odds against him.

fightlife.jj
wolverine has already taking plenty of hits from hulk in wolverine vs hulk movie and depending on who goes completely feral first could kill hulk ...y do people think hulk is so invincible? simply not true

bluewaterrider
As long as it's not WorldBreaker Hulk, is one of the Hulks of reasonable power and relatively meager intelligence, I'll accept that it is POSSIBLE for Spider-man to manage a win. Or at least survive.

Non "WorldBreaker" Hulks 9.5/10, but it is POSSIBLE for Spidey to do enough on his own to see tomorrow, and, as pointed out before, he HAS done so on 1 to 3 occasions in the comics.

WTF?

One of these guys is the premier unstoppable powerhouse in Marvel with wins or at least great showings against virtually everyone there is to face in the industy and is also a genius to boot.

The other guy is Hulk.

Spider-man has headed my lists of favorites ever since I learned of him.
'Bout the only thing that tops Spider-man and Hulk is combining Hulk, and Spider-man, and some MORE Hulk!
