i don't think that this is much of a contest. spiderman gets slowed down conciderably here (which besides brains, is one advantage he has over venom), and iron isn't anything venom has ever had problems with before. iron spider turns into a blow pop here, crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside.

Well iirc, iron-spider-man didn't get any slower with his suit. And he was listed as 20 tonner in strength, with stingers, based on the tohotmu on the time. Along with stark-tech equip(invisibility, gliding, those wierd extra arms from his back, sonics, etc), i think he gets the majority here.

He gets a clear majority over pretty much any Venom. The Iron Spider-Man costume, which was also with his "The Other" upgrades, was the most powerful non-cosmic SM ever.
