Depends on the Guardian. Some have been said to be near Skyfather. Others have been put down by Doomsday.

Gathnet is the only Guardian I can see being able to match Odin

So how can the "Guardians be so weak when they created one of the most powerfull weapons of all time?

Um, Doomsday had a GL ring when he "stalemated" a Guardian. He was so powerful with the GL ring that he was massacaring WAVES of GLs, SBP-style. That's not such a low showing. In fact, the final blast that melted DD's ring and KOed him was so powerful that it tore a hole in reality. Guardians in general are Skyfather-level, so 2 should do it.
