That picture isn't of Sigmar , that's Magnus the Pious (I believe) . Sigmar is usually bare-chested or swathed in furs.

Anyway. While Sigmar would DOMINATE most street levelers Thor kills him. Sigmar is a human , a ridiculously tough and resilient human with access to VERY potent magical artifacts. But a human none-the-less.
