Magneto to manipulate the Ionic Energy?

I did this one back a few months ago and it got closed.I guess it was too lopsided or something.

I can picture magneto activating his powers and Neferia going fuzzy...

I did this one a whyle back and only recived 2 responces.

That ninja Nefaria was written as a teambuster for stong teams like the avengers. He handled thor fairly easily. I think he would wipe magneto out pretty quick. Remember he has 100X Power Man, Living Laser, and I believe whirlwind all three. That's a lot. I wish he would have lived longer and kick more tail before he returned to the trash can along with all other old comics (he died).
