Hey! I just downloaded ffvii advent children and I want to get it into my ipod video. The problem is, the file is a .rar and itunes can only play .mov files or .mp4
Can anybody help me? What should I do?

If it's illegal we cant help you.
and secondly rar is not a video format, it's a compressed file.
you need to know a bit more about computers, before asking stupid questions.

Illegal? It's perfectly legal converting file types. The fact that it's an illegal file doesn't mean we can't help him.

Hmm, I'll have a think about how to do it.

Double click the .rar file and extract the inside files into a folder.

Ahem, perhaps you should install winRAR.
