Thor wins easily.

No way any of them can take him down.

Thor wins the majority.

Spidey's a non-factor. And I doubt Iron Man and Wonder Man, even together, can put up enough of a fight against Thor.

Spidey will serve more as a distraction. While Thor tries to hit him and misses due to his spidersense, Iron Man and Wonder Man can take down Thor from different sides.

What ever, Thor smashes up the planet they are fighting on, teleports them to the Sun or simply godblasts them all within the first seconds of the battle. There is no way the trio takes him down if Thor puts even a little bit of effort into it.
