DVD Rew-writing.

I have some videos on my PC i want to put on a DVD.

I have a blank DVD and an RW drive in my computer tower.

I need help on how to convert them to DVD files and then put them on the DVD. Thanks.

I think you need a specific program to convert avi. files to dvd, I'm not sure if it's in built into your DVD on your computer though.

Personally I would use Nero.

I have Nero, but it doesn't have the converting thing anywhere/

I know Nero 6 and 7 do, open Nero Smartstart and click 'make your own DVD video'.

Fairly nice quality, you can insert chapters and design the menus yourself 🙂

But the damn files i want to add are .rm and it can't convert/add them. 😐

Real Media sucks, but you can find programs to convert it to avi on google.

I'd try your hardest to find files in avi or mpg format though, real is horrible.

Thanks for all your help. But i can only get these files in .rm, any free converters that convert all w/o watermarks?
