Anyone know of any exersise routines that you can show ,me with pictures.

You should do what I do. Lift 500 pound weights to gain muscle, then stretch to make sure you don't get disgustingly bulky. Then you tense then relax your face for an hour or two, and you'll look great. I have to warn you though, when you're done, women might get so horny from looking at you that they die.

I think it's the former. I've gone beyond making such primitive forms of excrement.

i do about 3 sets of ninety push ups a day, plus three sets of one hundred crunches. Then I do some jaw exercises and it really gets your jawline defined.

But if serious, that is a good push up and crunch setup you have.

I go out walking with my wife each night for about an hour, but I really do need to get back into shape. I'm thinking a triangle would do.
