In my history class I remember that, if he has been a citizen and has lived in America for 8 years I think is the number, he can run for President.

I edited it he has to have lived here and been a citizen for 8 years, I'm pretty sure about it. I could be wrong but I remember we had to take a bunch of notes about the VP and Pres and it was in the notes.
