How is Iron Man going to hurt Sinister? Not counting that Colossus mini, has anyone hurt Sinister?

Hmm, IIRC it's Tony is coming in to conform Banner's location and say his goodbyes after they decided to nuke him (unsuccessfully might I add, Hulk eats nukes for breakfasts). But it's definitely before he went off to the Buddhist folks

Mr Sinister needs to be expanded more as a villian to more people than just the X-Men...he could give any team a hard time...I mean if Grim Reaper and Taskmaster can give all the avengers a hard time, imagine what sinister could do
