Since current thanos just got his heart ripped out by Drax I would have to give it to Surtur and the gang...those dudes are just nasty

Well I am behind in the times I meant This Thanos

I don't really know much about Zuras, but I think w/o prep team 1 wins. Surtur took over all of Asgard once, he is too strong for them to handle, Tyrant is no slouch, and Mangog is also uber. Now with prep, Magus and Thanos can win it.

Team 1. Surtur and Tyrant provide way too much power for team 2 to handle. They could probably win this fight without Mangog. Throw him in, and team 1 definitely wins.

Team 1 wins without much trouble

Magus was powerful enough to defeat Thanos and I believe Zuras went toe to toe with Zeus
