In Canada, The United Kingdom and Australia (and other commonwealth countries) it is known as Remembrance Day. It is a day where we honour and remember all those who have died or fought in both world wars and all conflicts since in the defence and in representation of our countries.

Up until now, I'd have thought it impossible that anyone could make a single statement, that simultaneously insults the Americans, Europeans (Russia included), Canadians, Indians (the country), and generally any country in what's widely referred to as the Western World.

Kudos for that.

Now, on to the response: **** you.

Now why on EARTH it's so hard to understand is beyond me. If you can remember a simple ****ing line, you will understand entirely what it's about and why it should be honored:

"On the eleventh minute, of the eleventh hour, on the eleventh day, of the eleventh month, the Last Great War came to an end."

Technically, it was neither the last great war nor the *official* end, but it was the time that all hostilities during World War I were to end and the troops withdraw.
