Ow dude, I know how that must have felt! Got my self in a bet once (while being utterly drunk) in which my mates didn't believe I could eat 3 large shoarma pita's within 40 minutes (that adds up to over a kilo of spiced meat, about 200 grams of bread and enough nasty sauces to drown a pig in). I proved them wrong but it had it's costs. Was sick the whole sunday after...
Shoarma is nice, but handle it carefully

I don't kno what a shaorma or a gyro is...

Strips of spiced meat (originally sheep, but pork has become common in European variations as well), in a circulair shaped bread (pita) along with lettuce and sauce.
