Magneto vs. The Metal Master in aroom filled with all metal

Sure The Metal Master can bend metal into different shapes but Maggy can just take anything that Metal Master throws at him and fire it back 2x as powerful.I'll say stalemate.

Clearly this "Metal master", has been granted with some authority over metal that Magneto was not born with, as it is not in his name. With that in mind, it is obvious that this Metal Master has been somehow pre-ordained with authoritiy over magneto.
