I was watching this video on YouTube -- where this guy blends marbles and he says that you shouldnt breathe in the glass dust from the marbles ....

Not really that but it is a carcinogenic and you body can not break it down and capable of causing cancer in your lungs, much like fiberglass and asbestos. If they are large enough shards they can pierce you capillaries or if clumped enough can puncture the lining of your lungs.
