Flash vs Flash with a twist!

Flash vs Flash, except one of them has the power of SHAZAM and the other has the powers of Superman both are in addition to the powers that the flash already has. Battle takes place in a medieval style castle, old weaponry about, maces, swords, axes, etc. Who takes it?

Why would Superman's power even be comparable to those of Shazam's?

Flash cannot get any faster, so really it's just a question of what's more effective, heat vision or magic lightning/punches. I really think that the magic punches will be far more effective (and I'm assuming this is Captain Marvel's powers you're talking about, not Shazam the wizard's powers).
