Spideman series 1 from 1991

issues # 7 and 93 there was also a comic that I had back in the day when I was like 6 years old. Police officers would come to our schools and hand out comics and this one issue had a battle between the 2.
In issue 93 Spidey is staring Ghost Rider straght in the face dead on.I go for the tie

I'm sure Spider-man has some guilt about his uncle that the penance stare can use (I think thats how it works) then he could wrap Spidey in chains and burn his soul. GR 10/10, the only thing Spidey can do is run away after he webs him up and I dont really count that as a victory.
