OK, now I know that some people really liked the Godzilla 1998 movie including myself, which is the reason why I believe they should remake the movie and make him more powerful or even make an even better sequel. I really love godzilla including the original Japanese version. However I still don't believe it's fair that they treat Zilla ( USA: godzilla)
the way they do.

Now tell me what do you see different then in the movie................RIGHT.....his size is increased when he is walking not on,but aside the Brooklyn bridge.When in the move he was small enough to fit on the bride.

His eyes are so cool they make him seem much more powerful than he is. Which is why I think he needs to be more stronger and powerful.

The original Godzilla. I'm still confused on why they didn't continue the movie even though it was a big hit. If anyone knows, please tell me?

My guess is that because of negative public reactions, they don't think they can bring back as many viewers a 2nd time to make it worth the large budget. The 1st time, people are curious, but probably about 1/2 the people who saw the first one won't return for a sequel.

It didn't get a remake because it got horrible ratings.

Yeah I'm I definitely like Godzilla but I have to agree with FC and Myth here; Merge the threads.

There are a few of these in SCI FI, where all this belongs...and even fewer people care.

Not really.

98 had a nice design and was more realistic. if they'd perhaps given him more screen time and not such a crappy death then the film may have been better.
