No. If someone stopped time, there would be nothing to break free into.

Unless Cytorrak or some other outside entity throws him through a portal.

He'd get frozen.

And he'd stay frozen until some unfrozen person unstuck him.

but he is unstoppable that is my dilemma if he is unstoppable if he is walking and some paused him would he not just keep going

Exactly. He IS unstoppable, but not all-powerful. He technically wouldn't be stopped because while he is frozen or stuck in a frozen time period, he would still be alive in kicking. He wouldn't really be stopped. Only in a different state.

Take the time out of spacetime, you got space. No motion.
