quite powerful marvel hinted at a return but

it is starting to seem like a group of Eternals, wherever they may have been seeded, usually has one or two "special cases" of individuals that are more than his peers.

I don't know if we would call them mutants, or just the Eternal equivalent of a super-human to a regular human.

You have Thanos, Gilgamesh, Interloper and even Thane Ector, for examples.

It might be that Ultimus, aka "Demon Druid" is some sort of peak Kree Eternal.

If somebody delves into his older appearances, they would see that he has been involved in some huge story lines and has fought against very impressive opponents.

It isn't a stretch to compare Ultimus to Thor.
