Probably Current Nova (Richard) I put him in the mid herald range, and consider Nova a lower herald.

Drax did fight an army of Annihilus guards that was pretty impressive.

Drax is greatly depowered, and would lose to either. Richard Rider wins this.

Yeah, but Nova (Rich) decimated a large portion of the fleet, and Red Shift, who I count as about Noav (herald) level was taking out ships left and right.

Is nova really at the power level of a herald now?? I know he is significantly stronger now but I didnt know about herald level

He was destroying the wave with the same precision as Quasar, and remember he has the entire Nova force in him. He used to have just a tiny portion, the power of the Nova force used to be devided amongst all the Corps, but now it is just in him. That is a lot of power.

Thats pretty cool...for a character called Nova I thouoght he was seriously underpowered, he just seemed like Cannonball in a different costume...now hes getting what he deserves...hes a hell of alot cooler than Quasar i would have to say

Drax ran through a planet full of the wave, ripped Delinquent apart, broke out of a ship, killed Annihilus's favorite, then ran through another ship of the wave, only to end up killing Thanos... all this without stopping!

Nova said Red Shift and Stardust were more powerful than he was. Stardust ranks pretty high amongst heralds but I'm not sure about that loser Red Shift.
