That can be true but a person can become ruthless and fight to kill if someonne else is trying to kill you.

He's done similar stuff such as perfect shooting with bows/guns and rebound hits with shield/billy club and stuff, as well as a Bullseye like feat of killing a man with a thrown pen.
Bullseye has more feats but Tasky is at least around his level (seeing as he's seen Bullseye shoot etc and Bullseye's marksmanship doesn't count as a metahuman power in universe, afaik)

But it's true, Bullseye has more feats in marksmanship, mainly due to the fact it's his main form of offence...
