Spider-man's punches would have absolutely NO effect on Superman, whereas one FLICK from Superman would KO or possibly kill Peter.

Superman wouldn't even have to lift a finger to kill Spiderman. Super breath or Heat vision would do the trick nicely. Or he could stand there as Spiderman broke every bone in his body trying to actually hurt Ole Blue.
