Deadpool wins by MC dieing of exhaustion/dehydration after repeatedly killing Deadpool for 4 days straight without rest.

Knockout's considered a win.

Master Chief wins. Especially with an energy sword.

I'd put my money on Deadpool He'd probably spend half the fight telling Master Chief how overrated his game is.
