Desaan alone wins. He beat post-DE Luke, even if that was a messed-up battle he's got to be as strong as the top PT Jedi (like above ROTS kenobi as a minimum). I know nothing about Tavion, but if he's anything above avg. he could take Barriss (even ROTS Barriss is likely hardly above the avg. jedi Knight in strength).
