The only factor in this fight is Doom, and Magneto can't directly attack Doom. He won't be "crumbling them like balls."

Rather, Magneto will have to INDIRECTLY attack Doom. Something he's definitely capable of.

The only real threat here is Doom. Doom is far more cunning than Magneto, and Magneto's powers won't affect Doom directly. If Magneto does a lot of his babbling about being homo superior to Doom, then Vic will put him down quick. If they both worry about fighting, I can see this fight being a draw.

True. there's at least one suit with no metal in it at all, and I'm fairly sure he's able to "depolarize" his other ones.

SO- doom and Tony vs. Magneto is most likely a win for the team. Don't forget Doom is still the #2 Sorceror on the planet. He's guaranteed to have some fairly nasty spells he could use that Magneto has no way to counter.

Doc Oc isn't a factor. might as well pack the arms up and go home.

I don't even know what Wolverine or colossus are doing here. Both die instantly if magneto wants them to.
