Seriously transformers are like Sentinels. they would get owned like them too

More durable sentinals with a fair number being class 100. Added to that there's billions of them.

It boils down to the cosmics of each Universe fighting. Unfortunately Unicron killed most of the ones in his Universe. Leaving only him and Primus. (Well and the One, but it's dubious how canon he is.) Marvel wins by sheer numbers.

Yeah.

Numbers.

And the fact that the Surfer could obliterate every single one of them solo in the time it takes them to transform.

There's transformers that would eat Surfer for breakfast. Of course they're all from the series Energon which by the end was like an issue of Superman during the silver age.

Also G1 Galvatron, it took a universe destroying time storm to kill him. Actually matrix Thunderwing as well he was ungodly powerful.

Well as this includes villains to Marvel, serisosly you've got Doom and Mr Fanatastic working together they'd probbaly make some sort of anti transformer weapon, then Doom would find away to absorb energon into his armour increasing his strength or something lol, then you'v got all the cosmics not to mention characters such as Thor which i would think could pretty easily take out a transformer. Marvel has numbers on their side and loads of very powerful people on their side to, now if this was only earthling hero's Marvel would proabbly loose but as its everyone from Marvel.

Then there Magneto....TAOST!!!
