How do you find the time to spend months out in the woods/stay at peak human/fight super-villians, when you are on the computer for a couple hours a day?

im quite familiar with darkseid. In hunter/prey doomsday, his omega beams did jacksquat and he got his ass handed to him.

In the superman cartoon and jl cartoon, superman beat the stuffing outta him everytime, and no, he wasn't some avatar.

I havent camped in the woods for quite some time. Also, even if I did, there is this little thing called a laptop that is quite portable.
