A inspirate sam raimi, this shows here,not the commercial of the last years , going down with craps like darkman and the sequels of the same evil dead.
Simply argument , but power on scene , sensationals camera zooms and a lot of blood make this movie the more recomendate for any wants see gore cinema or an example of gore movie.

It's a classic. Scary, effective old school effects and it paved the way for one of the coolest movie-characters.

ED2 is my favorite.

im on a tie between AoD and ED2, they are both so great.

as for Army Of Darkness........some of the humour is a bit childish but its Ash with a chainsaw taking out Deadites so who cares!

the fact that some of the lines were Childish is what made it all the better.

i love the Evil Dead pics but some of the gags in AOD are cringeworthy

I liked the first one the most. Its the most serious one, and after the first, they all go a bit more for horror comedy. They aren't bad at all, but I'll stick with the first. Its just way creepier. Plus there are some parts that are hella gross..........especially the very last deadite death scenes.

Just saw Evil Dead 2 and that shit is a CLASSIC in my book!

The Evil dead movies were funny and cool.

evil dead is much better than Evil dead 2, IMO.

I've never been as taken with Evil Dead 2 as other people. It's probably my least favorite of the trilogy.
