Stipulations : PIS Off , CIS Off , White Rabbit is equipped with 1 genetically altered Bunny and her Umbrella (No ammo for it though) , Shocker only has enough power in his gauntlets for 5 blasts at it's highest setting , 15 at it's lowest.
