Is it One Year Later Green Arrow? There is a huge difference.

if it is than Bats and Green Arrow 8/10.

Green Arrow took down an island of assassins with very little prep (he came up with it on the fly). Not to mention any of Bats merits.

Team D.C take it. 15 Minute prep with the Batman. And current GA means the Marvel team bite the dust.

An island of assassins? Sounds like the thousands of nameless hand ninja's that Daredevil has killed .

Yeah. Hand ninjas, nameless assassins, random thugs, Doombots and Foot soldier from the Turtles simply have to be the worst fighters/shooters ever. Everyone and their grandmothers go kick their butts on a daily basis...
