The bio page you listed doesn't detail their abilites. It says enhanced strength. How much is enhanced?

I couldn't find anything else.

When I saw Xmen Villains i was thinking Magneto, Juggernaut, Mr. Sinister, guys like that.....

how come they're all somekindaanimal-man?

They were suits they were and then Count Neferia had them made them hybrids and give them cybernetics.

What they even bothered to re-incarnate them? Must have been some DC writers who think that making a comic wide crossover with Gorillas and making a super dog is cool.
