1. does the superhero registration act apply to poeple who know martial arts or have some from of combat training. i ask this as if a martial arts instructer was to stop a group of thieves, or spots thanos with some powerful end of universe power and gives a roundhouse stoping the universal threat, would that count as him having to sign the registration act. if not then why did they want cap to sign and the heroes for hire guys. if this is not the case then why should they punish some and not others. is it because they saved the world or that they wear custume, or judge on how often they partake in 'super hero activities' which to be honest any normal person could do.

2. if you weren't registered and a hero was to stop some villians be they be human or not will it be invalid meaning the villains can go free.

3. what about the supernatural/ occult, does the registration act effect them.

I dont think it applies to martial artists per se unless they have super powers like Iron Fist, Daredevil etc. Cap is super strong plus he is a soldier, to them he is disobeying orders.

BTW You shouldve asked this in the CW thread.
