What powers Mera has?

She controls water. She doesn't do anything tricky like dehydrating people though, she's just makes formations, shields and whatnot with it. Kind of like a low level GL.

She's also got the basic "lives at the bottom of the ocean" stat upgrades. I'd say Namora has her beat in all the basic stats, though Mera's pretty fast.

I'd say Namora might take majority. With her speed and strength, she could probably plow through the water and punch her head off...she's near Namor in most stats.

Mera does has some pretty insane feats with her hard water powers. But she tires quickly, and she probably couldn't withstand Namora smashing away at her shields for long. She'd have to keep her distance and try and end it quickly.
