I would say Naruto
they both have hidden powers but
i would belive narutos powers is stronger
or the could fight and they would be an equal match and the both loss power and pass out

No, if it wasn't for nine tails he wouldn't win. And most of his attacks have slow execution and are close range.

And if it wasnt for Angs Avatar State he wouldnt win eaither
But if Naruto can block sasuke fireball
i think he could block Angs wind blasts

True, But, his speed isn't high enough to be an issue. Angs air bending is though.

What jutsu's would help here, because naruto's jutsu's suck.

Rasengan-close range and has a huge start up time.
Kage Bunshin?- they'll buy him sometime, But, naruto never uses them for that. Also, lower his chakra, so if ang attacks the right clone he's screwed. And they die from one hit.

Ang can use the air to knock him of his feet, and toss him around like a doll.

And nine tails is sealed, he can't use it. Never nind he has no feats.

That's feasible, but problem is naruto sucks at henge no jutsu.

I doubt simply turning into a girl is going to keep aang in the avatar state from blasting someone away.

as it's been seen only Katara can calm he down when he's in that state. And that's only because he loves her so much.

It depends on which naruto you are talking about. Kid naruto or adult naruto who has control over the nine tails fox.

If you talking about adult ang is toast but naruto as a kids it will probably be a toss up 50/50 chance.

Why wouldn't the Avtar win? He bends wind SURE, but now he could bend more than just wind, he could also bend water, earth and somewhat fire. How would Little Naruto win? Without Demon? Ang is way more agile than Naruto as well. GAHH, these people picking Naruto because he is cooler hurts my head.

Oh yeah before anyone freaks out. This is Naruto before he is grown up. Like Naruto freshly out of the exams one.

It all depends on how much Nine-Tails power he has.

The demon power is a part of naruto it is kinda the reason the show is called naruto. And since you do read the magna you know he learns to control it and also learns to control each tail of fox gaining more and more strength with each tail he gains.

Also no one specified that we were talking about naruto before he learns anything that would be stupid to do that. It's current Naruto vs current Ang and current naruto would win.

Current Naruto would lose. He still doesn't know how to control his power, when ever he gets upset, he lose control, of himself. Aang will quickly take advantge of that, and will cut Naruto up with wind bending attacks. Now if Naruto goes 4 tail, then that's another story. But then again Aang has the Avatar stat.

Ang would kick Naruto's ass. When the kid spazes out, he unleashes his power full throttle. He is like freaking Jean and Phoenix. Naruto is Ramen noodles
