whats the best jay-z song lyrically and production wise?

i liked Dear Summer, but i dont think its his best. I havent heard all of his stuff.

Moment of Clarity is ill, but what about Heart of the City? That's among my top 10 hip-hop songs. Actually, all of The Blueprint is straight up classic material imo
