Rain is sucky. No doubt.
In south dakota the wind never stops blowing. Once it went below 10mph and everyone stopped and looked around and was like "Ohmagawd, where'd the wind go?" And then it picked back up to its normal 15-20mph, and everyone went on with their normal lives. For serial, it happened.
