Ok lets say that Superman fought, and defeated Dr. Doom, and threw him into the Phantom Zone. Would Doom be able to excape?

The dude would probaby team up with some sick fiends and somehow escape yeah.

thats more than bad news for dcu

cause if doom could get enough tech to channel his intelligence into the white martians they transform into someone powerful dooms tech allows

the marti's to use others powers led in battle by general real bad news

Its very hard to contain Doom long term.

actually he'd be pretty stuck in the phantom zone. there is no way out except for a phantom generator and theres nothing in the zone but zoners and doom. and i'd bet that the White Martians would kill Doom before he got a chance to do anything.
