Well, in a neutral dimension, Exitar destroys Mephisto easily. In Mephisto's realm, he has to work a little harder but not much. He still beats down Mephisto.

Do u think Exitar and Arishem will intervene against the Horde and Tiamut

Do they have a choice? Arishem stepped in when they banished Tiamut originally no? Unless, of course, they deem him to be a great enough threat that TOAA has to step in or maybe Scathan? I keep hearing he might make his first appearance in the 616 universe soon. I don't know if it'll be in the Eternals though.
