Kitana fights Ayane while Mileena fights Kasumi.

Stage: Kahn's Arena (MK2 version). Shao Kahn is seated on his throne while characters from MK and DOA watch.

I imagine this comes down to a tired Kasumi versus a tired Ayane. I'm not sure how many spells Ayane would be able to use when tired so I'd give the edge to Kasumi since she's always seemed a bit more skilled. It could go either way though.

Kasumi will win because itagaki will find someway to make her unbeatable.

It's funny, itagaka dislikes doa 3.1 And I wondered why. Find out that bass is top tier in offline tournaments, and ninja's are high mid tier.
