When i saw the trailer he said lord vader RISE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They do this all the time, they will play different quotes from a totally different point in a movie and stick it somewhere else for a trailer bcause it sounds cool. He actually says that after Anakin slices Mace's hand off.
