infinity gauntlet, heart of the universe, ultimate nullifier. the team wins this..too many prep gods there, and mostly all of them are immortal.

1st scenario HOTU out and Ultimate Nullifer and Infinity Gaunlet are usable

2nd, stalemate. like i said, a lot of them are immortal as a result of Death.

enslaver seems pretty powerful. he can drain energies too, and his bio states that Galactus avoided a conflict with him (he was hungry though)

Temporarily destroying them, or locking them in a pocket dimension (as Ion has done before) would be enough for a sufficient victory.

okay, they make a bunch of cosmic cubes, and the collector and high evolutionary rapidly evolve each of them. that would suffice.

Team 2 get's annihilated they are against 2 multiversal threats duh

Edit: Immortality won't save them from getting erased from existense.
