So let me get this straight.

Your putting 'Classic' Spiderman (which I'm assuming is no upgrades Spidey, Aka a Class 10) against a guy with a sword and 'Excellent Horse skills'

Yeah and Spider-Man has had trouble with Kingpin. I know that's Spider-Man hesitating about using his powers fully. Swordsman is a very good fighter and is Sword shoots energy out of it.

Spiderman all day against swordsman, all he has to do is keep away from him and bash him around with some web lines
