Which boyscout wins?

The shield can't protect Captain's whole body from an omniblast. Cyke should take this everytime unless he's ambushed.

Cyclops 9/10.

Cyke, easily. Street-levers in general have few chances against him.

Double ko. Cap throws his shield which ricochets around before hitting Scott in the back of the head while being unprotected by his shield Cap gets blasted.

Cyclops can blast him before Cap throws his shield, if he begins visorless, he does it every single time.

Because Cyclops is usually not trying to kill anyone. He took down Apocalypse and open a big hole in Onslaught's armor when he was not holding back. Cap. America has no chance of winning.

cap rolls on the ground as soon as the fight starts whilst throwing his shield, thus knockin out cyclops. Had the shield not hit him, cap would just continue rolling and repeat the process. Lets not forget how evasive cap can be

Well I would disagree, if he can only do it for a second...but im just asking regardless of wether you think Cap can find way to survive how long can he keep it going? innocent

Cover would be useless as the omni-blast llevelled a sentinel,a forest and left a big-ass crater in the ground,even though it only went for a second.So Cap is screwed more then a little boy dressed as Robin at Michael Jacksons Neverland.

Well i don't think its ever been depicted as having a certain amount of time before it burns out, like i said endless energy.

We've only seen the mother once,it went for about three seconds,Cap wouldn't survive the initial second so it's irrelevant anyway.

however Cyclops was ablle to produce more force then a dam or something for like 10 seconds.

Well obvoulsy Cyclops does not have endless stamina, the source may endless but hes not.

I don't think cyclops would need that amount of output to take out the cap, just widen the blast a bit with minimum output should do it.

At any rate Bullseye should still be able to beat him. Gambit isnt as accurate as Bullseye

Gambit doesn't need to be as accurate as Bullseye. All his projectiles have a blast radius due to their explosion.

Under fifty feet their accuracy difference is negligible though. Gambit can hit half-millimeter targets at the aforementioned distance. Gambit's projectiles also explode, so Gambit won't even have to land direct hits.

Gambit has every single other advantage in that fight as well. Bullseye sole advantage is his accuracy.

You're right that Bullseye is more accurate. It would allow him to win only in dart throwing contests though. In battle, Gambit has other attributes than just his projectiles unlike Bullseye.
