And well, Franklin Richards was said to be in the Celestial's level.

But, anyway, Strange, Surfer (does he count?), the Dreaming Celestial, etc, they win.

He will become Celestial level at his full potential. Proctor is said to have Molecule Man powers. Imus has some cool weapons and Indestructible has disentgrater beams and flys above lighspeed.Psycho Man was able to control Silver Surfer
