I'd think with Intangibility/Telepathy on his side, J'onn could come up with a few wins.

I think no matter what MM is going to get schmoked by SS 9/10 times.

Intangibilty and his TP are parlor tricks to SS.

Surfer wins, altough i do believe that MM would be a better fight then Superman
