This could go either way. Lobo could win via blood cloning, and Apoc could win via TP and energy absorbtion. In a slugfest, these two are pretty close, with a slight strength edge to Lobo normally, and versatility to Apoc. I think Apoc can take this, but he'd have to work for it, unless TP works well on Lobo. If Lobo's not immune to TP, good game Apoc.
