Fight on the island of Genosha. Standard rules etc.

Excalibur
Pete Wisdom
Captain Britain
Meggan
Shadowcat & Lockheed
Marvel Girl
Nightcrawler
Colossus

Avengers
Captain America
Iron Man
Crystal
Vision
Scarlet Witch
Beast
She-Hulk

-Marvel Girl is current, no internal TK manipulation of opponents, defensive application of TP only.
-Scarlet Witch is the Busiek incarnation that used Chaos magic.
-Iron Man is pre-Extremis.
-Vision is current Young Avengers version.
-Assume Captain Britain doesn't need to be in Britain.

Thoughts?

Sword or no sword for Captain Britain?

I think excalibur can take a 7/10 majority

Bump...

RSSR
I'm leaning towards Excalibur, somewhere around 5.5 to 6/10.

Howard_Jones
I'd say stalemate

Excalibur has Meggan. Curbstomp in their favor 100/10....

Crystal's has some nice feats with her elemental powers too. But I can't say for sure who'd have more control.

Tuff one to call but I would have to give a very slight edge to Excaliubar but I would love to see Lockheed Vs Ironman and Shadowcat Vs Vision wink

If he becomes solid she can phase through him and short him out. If he's intangible then he could arguably "touch" her, but he shouldn't have any superstrength, since that derives from his power to alter his density. Meanwhile, she's ninja.

He's in new armor now as well, he could potentially have some superstrngth due to the nature of IL's armor in addition to his density altering powers.

Considering your depowering Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, and Vision when they desperately need to be at their highest levels to win this...uhh i give Excalibur the win 8/10.

Vision is depowered how?

You expected HoM Scarlet Witch? Or current Scarlet Witch who presumably has no powers?

I always thought his strength increased with his density, at least to some degree.

Well Vision is pretty much the same except less experienced, Iron Man without Extremis is severely depowered, and Scarlet Witch while maybe not having House of M power levels, (creating alternate universes) could have Avengers Dissambled power levels where she was just a crazy reality manipualtor causing alien attacks, and making people go crazy (she-hulk). That would be nice. big grin The way it stands now they go down the majority.

Crystal vs. Meggan would be a fun one to watch.

I'm not fond of Disassembled Wanda; it's in character too, so she'd technically be crazy.

The thing is you have Captain America who it seems you have pitted against Pete Wisdom, and Beast who is up against Nightcrawler. Now, h2h no powers Cap would take Pete, but with his solar knives Im inclined to say he takes Cap down. As for Beast vs. Nightcrawler, Beast can hit what he can't see, Nightcrawler can just BFR Hank if not take him down through physical combat.

So your left with Pete Wisdom, Captain Britain, Meggan, Shadowcat & Lockheed, Marvel Girl, Nightcrawler, and Colossus against Iron Man, She Hulk, Vision, Scarlet Witch and Crystal.

Iron Man (pre extremis) = Captain Britain: maybe IM still is a bit more powerful.

Meggan > Crystal

ShadowCat and Lockheed > Vision

Marvel Girl vs. Scarlet Witch: If it is simple Hex Bolt/probablility manipualting Scarlet Witch then i would say it goes to Marvel girl, If it is Avengers Disassembled SW then she takes it. Also, are we talking Jean Grey Marvel girl or Carol Danvers Marvel girl, i assume you mean Jean Grey cuz of the TP comment you made.

Colussus > She Hulk: Possibly a stalemate.

So it looks like Excalibur is taking it more often than not.

xmarksthespot
I would give Captain America a majority over Wisdom I think.
Nightcrawler can probably beat Beast the majority.
I think I'd give Iron Man the majority over the Captain.
In character I'm not sure about Meggan vs Crystal.
It's Rachel Summers Marvel girl. Who would probably beat Busiek's Scarlet Witch.
I'm not sure about Colossus/She-Hulk. Last I recall she was the stronger of the two?
Shadowcat and Vision I'd lean to Shadowcat.

Scenario 2:
Beast is replaced with Spider-Man.
It's Extremis Iron Man.
And it's Bendis' Disassembled Scarlet Witch*, in character?

*No directly manipulating opponents, akin to the limitation on Marvel Girl.

RisingStorm
Crytal vs. Meggan is not even a contest. Meggan is just too powerful for her.
